We rebuilt the agency model around what AI actually changed.
AI First Development came out of a simple observation from years of running software projects: AI coding tools didn’t make development slightly faster — they broke the agency business model. Hourly billing stops making sense when the hours collapse.
So we started over. Claude Code and Codex write the volume of code. Senior engineers do what AI can’t: architecture, review, security, and telling you when your idea needs to change. Every project is fixed-price with a contractual ship date, because when delivery takes weeks instead of quarters, the risk belongs on our side of the table.
What we believe
AI changed the economics. Prices should follow.
A senior engineer with Claude Code ships what used to take a team. Most agencies pocket that difference and keep billing hours. We publish fixed prices instead — the speed is your discount, not our margin.
Transparency is the moat.
We name our tools, publish our process and security checklist, and put prices on the website. In a market full of black boxes, being inspectable is the differentiator.
